Technical Support
Because no two waste environments are exactly identical, BioStim® gladly provides technical support to its service providers and to municipalities.
Technical support is available to help design bioremediation programs for unique situations, to trouble shoot, and to determine which products will best suit a particular waste environment. Biostim® also will assist municipalities with the design and implementation of bioremediation programs.

Training
BioStim® offers an in-depth “Train the Trainer” program for its service providers.
The "Train the Trainer" program covers bioremediation science and practical application in various waste environments. The training also equips service providers with the knowledge and skills required for superior product knowledge, trouble-shooting, and teaching others bioremediation science and application.

Sales Support
BioStim®, LLC offers sales and presentation tools.
BioStim® provides a complete sales presentation book to its service providers for use in the field. Upon request, we also provide the appropriate survey and service forms, suggested pricing guidelines, and service agreements via electronic version.
BioStim® is continually in touch with our service providers by phone, by e-mail and through our Web site to provide support. |

Research and Development
BioStim® owns and maintains its own microbiology laboratory, which allows for quick adaptation to changes in the waste environment.
Research and development projects enable BioStim® and its service provider network to stay on the cutting edge of our industry. We are able to react to new situations in the field by examining the various organic compounds sent in for study and producing 100 percent microbial products to bioremediate the offending waste material. We are dedicated to producing the most effective microbial products in the bioremediation field.
